Assessment Native. AI-Augmented Surveillance. Human-Verified Outcomes.
We build software solutions that empower clinicians, not replace them.
We are Weatherfish Clinical Solutions
We develop specialized software solutions for the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Behavioral Health markets. We bridge the gap between clinical expertise and modern technology.
Our systems don't replace clinicians; they empower them. We believe in AI-augmented, human-centric care, ensuring that every automated insight is validated by professional judgment. An "AI Suggests, Clinician Decides" workflow that respects your license and expertise.
The 3 Pillars of AI Analysis
Proprietary engine performing real-time analysis on every clinical entry.
Historical Comparison
Is the patient improving?
Instantly compares current assessment scores against the patient's historical baseline to detect subtle regressions or unexpected improvements.
Relationship Identification
What is the broader picture?
Reveals hidden relationships between seemingly unrelated biopsychosocial domains—connecting assessment scales, clinical outcomes, diagnostic report data, and neuropsychological trends to identify complex clinical patterns.
Root Cause Analysis
Why is this happening?
Uses evidence-based algorithms and established clinical thresholds to identify potential causal factors behind changes in patient status.
Building in the Open
Milestones, decisions, and insights from the development of Clinisphere.
Patients in SUD and behavioral health treatment navigate a web of external obligations: employers requiring treatment verification, attorneys needing status updates, courts mandating progress reports, insurers processing FMLA and short-term disability claims. Every request requires compliant documentation, proper authorization, and audit-ready records.
Most facilities manage this through spreadsheets, fax machines, and overburdened case managers.
Coordira changes that.

Chronic substance use produces measurable cognitive deficits - working memory, attention, impulse control, executive function. The same capacities patients need to engage in treatment and sustain recovery.
Of the nearly 15,000 SUD treatment facilities in the U.S., fewer than a handful have systematically integrated neurocognitive rehabilitation into routine care.
We are developing a platform that changes that.
SoberBrain integrates cognitive assessment, adaptive training delivery, and outcome tracking into a unified system. The platform supports tiered implementation - from basic cognitive screening and psychoeducation to structured remediation protocols with EEG-based neurofeedback.
Substance-specific tracks address the distinct cognitive profiles of alcohol, stimulant, opioid, and polysubstance use disorders. Performance data flows directly into the clinical record.
SoberBrain integrates with existing EHR platforms via API. Assessment results, session data, and cognitive performance metrics document directly into the patient record. No duplicate entry. No orphaned data.
The platform operates as a core module of Clinisphere or as a standalone product for facilities using Kipu, BestNotes, or other behavioral health EHRs.
SoberBrain is currently in development. The evidence base is strong. The technology is being built.

After 25 years in clinical practice and a decade in healthcare informatics, I kept running into the same architectural problem: every EHR I worked with was built around documentation first, with assessments bolted on as an afterthought. Clinicians spend roughly 40% of their time on documentation. Critical patient information gets buried. Assessment data stays trapped in forms that don't talk to each other.
The core innovation behind Clinisphere inverts that model. Assessment-native architecture means assessments are the primary data structure and documentation is generated from them, not the other way around. Paired with AI-augmented clinical surveillance and real-time longitudinal visualizations, the technology is designed to integrate with existing EHR platforms via API and middleware rather than replace them.
This technology is now patent pending (Application No. 63/943,242). The foundation is protected. Development is underway.
